Fake Tickets by Viagogo AG

I got sent fake tickets after purchase by (I suppose a fake Viagogo site) and now PP says they tracked the merchant delivery and won't refund me.. what to do? The venue doesn't even accept Viagogo tickets and the ones they sent then of course weren't valid at alland didn't even have my name on them... This is a total scam and PP should pay me refund...

Which dispute did you open? Was it non receipt of item OR item received but not as described OR unauthorised transaction?

Item or service not received - as I didn't realise I'd received any tickets until after even though they were fake. Thks

Appeal?
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
OR
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.
