I bought a massager through Facebook before christmas, I thought using PayPal my purchase would be safe. The item that arrived was nothing like what I ordered! I asked for a refund via Resolution centre and they said I needed to send it back. I tried to send it back but the return address was in Chinese. PayPal said they would translate it for me but never did and then sent me a Refund denied email due to no proof of return postage. They are a joke and a nightmare to get in touch with! I wont buy anything using PayPal again because they protect you against nothing!

Google translate the address and then Google map both the untranslated and translated version to see if they match. Your other recourse now is disputing through your credit card if that is how you paid.
For reference:
PayPal has a return shipping refund program for future purchases if this return is not eligible:

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
