Hello,
I received several e-mails by Paypal saying my account is gonna be blocked the 4th of december if I don't give FATCA informations (which I don't get as I am french but ok) and all the links they send me are broken and get me to a page saying they are experiencing technical difficulties. Mail customer service 4 times already but no answer.
I can't have my business account limited it would be catastrophic for me right now, did some of you had the same problem and found a solution?
