I have escalated a claim and the seller responded but now it wants me to respond back but does not show me anywhere to write my response. Plus the seller sent me something different than I ordered and they want me to pay for the return shipping for their mistake and on top of the the return shipping address on the package that they sent me was from Florida USA and they want me to ship it back to China.
