I haven't had the chance to read all the complaints about all of us getting scammed over products and losing our money. Though PayPal hasn't helped or been of benefit in our resolve of this issue. I actually reached out to my bank (my method of payment through PayPal) and just out of curiosity asked if I can dispute the charge from PayPal/Ellutta and they gave me a form which I completed and I did attach documentation/correspondences from PayPal. I found my actual Transaction Page, My notes in the PayPal Community and the response from Ellutta asking me to be patient and wait for the items.
After review from my bank (actually credit union), they approved my dispute and reimbursed me my 134.71 that I thought I lost. I advise you all to maybe reach out to your bank/credit card company and dispute and it is possible you will get your funds returned. In PayPal, you can Search for your vendor (Ellutta, FollowTrendy, etc) and find where your account was debited or charged and print that, save as a PDF and go through all the disputes in our community and print that out. If you have a message from the vendor copy that as well.
