Ella Scammers

I assume it is a scam.  I bought online from Ella on 9/30 using PayPal payment in the amount of $87.70.  It actually shows up as 

Fashioninternational on my account.  But have not see clothes nor heard from them.

Some merchants do business under different names. The site can be called one thing or brand and the PayPal account can be under a DBA. If you did not receive your item(s), locate the transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file Item Not Received dispute.

If seller provides a tracking number, track the package at the courier (USPS) and see if it has been delivered or not. If not or it is discovered to be delivered at a different address, (go to the PO and ask for GPS delivery coordinates), file a report with the police, ic3.gov and with the US Postal Inspector. PDF all this info and appeal the case by calling customer service:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.

If you need to escalate further should you're not able to through the resolution center, open a case with bbb.org under PayPal San Jose CA to get PayPal Office of Executive Escalations to review the dispute.

Or just file a dispute with your credit card issuer, if that's how you paid as their dispute terms are more broader than paypal's.
