Hello,I purchased Item on ebay it cost over $500. But seller never send item and ask for outside payment. of course he didn't send item until delivered day so I call to ebay then paypal. I got one email about this is my case is closed and suppose get refund from seller. But the case doesn't show up on resolution center and activity which paypal wants me to check. I am very curious about it.
