First, I get two strange emails in Spanish from PayPal. The first says they are proceeding with my request to transfer funds to my PayPal account from my banking account. Later, I receive an email that notifies me of a password change to my account. I didn't do either and my password never changed. the funny thing is that when I checked my bank account there is a pending PayPal transaction of a $1000.00. I go to my bank and they tell me it's a deposit from PayPal not a withdrawal. (I never clicked any links from emails, I deleted them immediately thinking scam.)
I've tried calling PayPal to find out what's going on but I can't get through or talk to a real person.
Any suggestions!!! Could this be a scam setting me up for a bigger fall?
