Wow what a scam this site is. Buyer bought an amp from me in working order he came in and checked it saw it working and took it. After 45 days he emailed said had a problem and asked for money. I refused then he opened a case 2 months later claiming Item not as described. Lying git he has used and abused it what a bunch of thieves Paypal are. Now going to have to take him and them to court. Do not use this scamming site ever get cash only

While the buyer cannot file an Item Not Received on you for a collected item, the buyer can file a SNAD case and sellers are not protected from SNADs unless the buyer's claim is based on obvious grounds of buyer's remorse. PayPal has nothing to do with it. They are third party and was not present at the transaction and has to make a judgement call and based on the protection policies.
Always read PayPal seller protection program terms to see how you are or not covered before conducting your transaction. Otherwise, court is your alternative to resolve issue with buyer.
PayPal never claim 100% protection under seller protection and it is not a guarantee, warranty or insurance and certainly has its limitations.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
