I was recently refunded after a dispute I opened with a seller sending me a counterfeit item. I returned the item to the seller before the case even asked me to. When I returned it with money out of my own pocket, the seller was not home to sign for the package and did not pick it up for the week and a half that it was held at the UPS access center near him. The item was sent back to me under UPS's week long holding policy and the case was settled in my favor. My question is do I need to still send the item back to the seller or is it mine to keep? I refuse to pay out of pocket for his unresponsiveness.
