Hi. I ordered an instant pot from a site that falsely represented themself and I didn’t receive it. PayPal said they have proof it was delivered but it wasn’t. I’m unable to access the site it was ordered from. What can I do now? They didn’t show me any proof they have. I get a notice from the USPS for every item i get in the mail. I can prove I did NOT receive it. Suggestions please???
