i opened a case under the wrong option and closed it, now i cannot open a new case

what can i do? 

I ordered food from the wrong subway so i called the subway and they said they won't make the food but i should follow paypal to get a refund as they cannot do it on their end. i chose 'wrong billing amount' but i should have chose i did not receive item. the case got declined as it is under the wrong name and i closed it. i cannot now open a new case. what should i do?
