I’ve tried asking my card issuer for a refund but all they say is contact my merchant but there’s no way to get ahold of them the email is no longer valid and the site is no longer up but I do have the statement of payment to a PayPal and item hasn’t been received or even any sort of notification of shipment Please help. The purchase is NOT a transaction on my PayPal Account so I can’t file a dispute so easily like that
