Dispute resolution not acceptable - what's next?

Recently I purchased an item from a seller. They sent the wrong item. Not even close to what I ordered. I disputed the charge - they offered a partial refund, which I denied. Now they're offering a full refund but I'm expected to ship the item back to them (IN CHINA) at my expense. This is not acceptable - they **bleep** up, why am I on the hook for the shipping?!? (Shipping is about 10x the cost of the item they sent me.) But there's no option to turn down this resolution option either. If I don't upload a tracking number they will close the dispute.
Any suggestions?

I had a similar problem. After MONTHS of trying to work through the resolution center, the seller wants me to send the product back to INDIA and then I'll get a refund. The cost of shipping is FAR MORE than the cost of the item. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. If this is how PayPal works, I will never use them again!! How do I get back to PayPal for an appropriate resolution?!

Same problem I have. In my dispute, I had already mentioned to Paypal that it was cost prohibitive to return it to the vendor in China. Over $25 on a $25 item.

In the event of a dispute you need to bear in mind possible return trackable costs before you buy from that seller / item / country because....
Paypal state this >>
PayPal is not obliged to reimburse you for any costs that you incur to comply with any of PayPal’s requests for cooperation for the purpose of resolving the problem (including, without limitation, costs that you incur to return a SNAD item to the Payment Recipient or another party as PayPal requests), although sometimes it may reimburse these costs.
Although they will compensate you for some of the cost if you have activated this at some point before you made that transaction.

You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.
