Dispute not showing in resolution centre

Hi all,

 

I opened a dispute over an item I purchased a couple of days ago now. It doesn't show in my resolution centre BUT I just got an email saying 'Handling Your First Dispute'.

 

I've read through a few topics on here, and see that most people who have this problem can't file a new dispute against the transaction as it says there's already a dispute filed. This is not the case, I CAN open a new dispute against the transaction if I want to, but I don't want to do it twice if it's already in progress.

 

Any way of checking for sure?
