Hi all, wonder if anyone can shed some light on what's happening here.. I opened a claim on the 8th of AUGUST. I got a message on the 10th saying the seller has 10 days to respond. Waited until the 23rd or so, and phoned Paypal. Was told the seller hasn't responded and it's being reviewed, and could take up to 7 days. Then I see the case has updated on the 28th saying the seller has 10 DAYS TO RESPOND!!! Argh.. It's now the 10th of September, and it still says 'Awaiting Seller Response'. I emailed PayPal and got the standard automated reply saying 'if you want further help, just reply to this email'. But, every time I reply to the email I get the same automated reply over and over. It's been 23 hours and I've still not had a reply back from an actual person. So what, is my case bugged? Am I being strung along? What on earth is going on? Thanks 😞
