So I ordered a product and it was incomplete on receipt the seller immediately blamed me for incompleteness so I filed a dispute well after a month PayPal finally got back and said that the seller agreed to a full refund if I returned the product so I shipped it back so then I check this morning and see that the case was resolved in sellers favor since the recurved the product back
