Dispute closed when I’ve obviously been scammed

I bought a jumper for £90 from a seller who posted an authentic code of the jumper on the listing to show it was real when I received the jumper it didn’t match the photo they posted and I had got a fake, I had previously taken screenshots of the listing to prove they didn’t match luckily before they changed the listing photos, I made a dispute and they said I had to return the jumper to get the refund I returned it but only had a reference number as it didn’t come with a tracking number but I think you can also use a reference number, I returned the jumper over a month ago and my case has been denied and I’ve had no refund, and the seller has continued to use the same jumper i returned and post the same listing doing the exact same thing.
