Dispute closed but still never received my product?

I ordered two pairs of contacts from a company but after three months they still haven't shipped it out. They cited Covid delays so I said sure that reasonable but after 5 months I filed a dispute after hearing nothing back from the company. They finally gave me a tracking number showing that my items were in my state so I let the dispute close. 

Its been two weeks now and I still haven't received the product OR a refund. The tracking number they gave me was probably a fake since it stopped working right after the dispute closed. What can I do now? Any help appreciated.
