Once I file a dispute, how long before it is acknowledged and I know it is an open case. I submitted a dispute on May 8, 2020 and I am not sure it is in the system. It does not show up as an open case. I would think there would be at least an automatic response via email that the dispute info was received. Maybe I am being too impatient. Unable to talk to customer service due to Covid19. Am I being too impatient.
