I bought an item 04/04/20, at the start of May the item had not arrived so I contacted the seller. He replied saying with the virus they was a delay so I said I would given him another 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I contacted him again and he told me to open a dispute/resolution so I did. The case was opened and said a decision would be made 26/05/20. When I checked again it sai[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]20!
Why can the keep changing the date! This is my money, I would have waited 2 months next week. If it was the other way round they would debit my account straight away!
Tried calling no one can speak to me and tried chat and a 2 hour wait. I know things are bad but they must be able to deal with this.

Think paypal are inundated with claims at the moment due to the proliferation of Chinese scam websites telling tat.
Advice is voluntary.
