I hope someone might be able to help. I realised yesterday evening that payments had been taken from my Paypal account totally £702.75 over two days that I didn't recognise. There were 6 payments of £22.85 and 5 payments of £42.85 and 4 payments of £87.85. It looks as though they were all payments to one retailer for Playstation top up wallets? I definitely didn't buy these so I went to the resolution centre to ask for help. They have replied to say they have looked at my case and they have "deemed there is no authorized use so the case is closed". I don't know where to turn! I definitely didn't spend that money and it is linked to my credit card. I can't afford to lose that amount onto my card. I've tried to see where I can contact anyone but can't find a contact number or anything? I'd be really grateful if any advice.... Thank you.

Would it be an option to contact your card issuer for a chargeback?
However if you won the chargeback and paypal had paid the payments for you then they may put your account into negative and try and recover the funds.
If paypal have said its not unauthorised then check you don't have any preapproved payments that have been added to your paypal account.
Also does anyone with the same IP address as you in the household have access to your computer?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
