Hello! I’ve been using paypal for awhile now and I also sometimes use it to checkout with other sites such as Express / Walmart, etc. The other day I made a purchase on Express and I used a coupon so my total from express was $17 instead of $37. When I checked out through PayPal it charged me $37. Express says I’ve been charged $17 only as I have used a coupon to get that price buttt PayPal shows that I’ve been charged $37 & so does my bank. This has never happened before so I’m confused. Can anyone help?
