Placed on an order for a vacuum on the Dyson website, it was the first one that showed up on Google but the vacuum never showed up. Called Dyson and they told me it was a fake Chinese website based on the order confirmation number. I then try to email paypal customer service online and it says I need to call. I call and the women on the phone said I need to email because it is not her problem.
Meanwhile, I have been charged for an item I never received.
Tried both methods (the online customer service and calling) and neither worked.
Will NOT be using paypal again, but would really like my money back.
