Different name on paypal and bank account

My cousin linked her sister's bank account to her paypal. Now she need to prove to paypal that it's her bank account. She cannot push through until she resolves this. What can she do? Please help, thank you.

Its against paypal rules to add another persons financial info to your paypal account, sadly not a lot she can do about it.
