Dear abrasion machine warranty

I purchased a microdermabrasion machine less then a year ago from www.mychway.com with a one year warranty....the machine has stopped working ( by the way ..very little use) .....how do I get warranty satisfaction.....I have sent 3-4 emails to different departments of the company but no reply...do I get a new machine or my money back

Paypal don't provide warranties, that is between you and the company you purchased from.

Paypal buyer protection gives you up to 180 days to open a dispute for non reciept of item OR item received but not as described.

That is the same timescale that most credit card companies give you for a chargeback.
