I hope that someone can help me as eBay seems not to be interested in my dispute case.
I paid in full $139 via the eBay online payment via PayPal for a Healthy Choice Ice Making Machine 1.7 Litre to an eBay seller cathsm3303 who is no longer registered with eBay.
I bought and paid for this item on Saturday May 23rd 2020 and on the 1st September the Ice Making Machine broke down and I cannot contact the seller and eBay are not will to assist as its outside their warranty time of 90 days, but was told that Paypal offers 180 days.
I am at my wits end now as this ice machine is part of my Cancer Treatment and I must have Ice on Call 24/7.
Can someone please help me as I do not have another $139 to buy another Ice Making Machine and now have to rely on bagged ice from my local supermarket.
