I purchased a microdermabrasion machine less then a year ago from www.mychway.com with a one year warranty....the machine has stopped working ( by the way ..very little use) .....how do I get warranty satisfaction.....I have sent 3-4 emails to different departments of the company but no reply...do I get a new machine or my money back
