Hi Guys,

Well this post is a new one, there are other threads under the same company.

I bought a water fountain from an ad in Facebook using Paypal. I received a clear plastic box with a small hose and crappy pump.

Complained to seller, offered 40% discount and not return the item. Contacted Paypal send photos of the offer and item received, Paypal resolution is to send the product back and I have to pay the delivery with tracking to China.

ok What to do now?

These domains are all hosted in Godaddy, send screenshot and prove of the scam.

Open a claim with China consumer association email <removed> (the more people contact them the better) 

Make a claim with your bank

Make a claim with Financial services ombudsman.

Do not use Paypal to buy online, just use your credit card and if anything goes wrong make a chargeback. Paypal buyer's protection is not longer working.

Paypal threat me to block me on their Facebook page when I asked them what are they doing about all these complains. Its reply was due to privacy policies they cannot let me know what is happening on other people's account and then I wrote I am the one who got scammed and its reply was well if you keep asking we are gonna block you.

I haven't had any problems with Paypal over this company YET but I am expecting it after reading all the comments. 

I ordered A "Small and portable - portable electric air pump". What came was a cheap and flimsy air pump like I can buy down one of the pound shops.  Total cost $26.98 including $9.99 shipping (in GBP £22.87). Complained, offered 40% no return - bet they are losing out on that one. I asked if I returned it I also expect the return postage on top of cost of purchase. Latest offering 50% and lots of - it has to arrive undamaged .... mmmm not sure who will be there to witness its condition. Postage down to me ..... Lots of hard work and inconvenience to me. They are really going overboard too dissuade from pursuing this.

WELL SEND THE BLOODY RIGHT ITEM FIRST TIME ....... Paypal over to you ....fingers out of your **bleep** !!!!!

What Paypal is doing? Once the companies are paying the fees to Paypal they are happy and let the customer without any protection, is it?

I've had the same issue, I purchased a electric pump through an add on Facebook and eventually a plastic cycle pump arrived, PayPal must be aware that this is a scam due to the number of refunds that are being requested, however they are doing nothing about it.

PayPay Buyer protection has turned into 'PayPal Seller Protection - Scammer Support'

I'm really disappointed at how badly PayPal managed my claim, they set dates for responses, seller missed the dates and the resolution date kept being extended, what's the point of having a process which can't be followed.

did you have to return the product at your expense though, my problem is they have a tracking confirmation that an item has been delivered after waiting over 2 months but the item is a black cap with a bit of plastic worth about £2 instead of a cycle helmet worth £25 that I ordered.

make your claim now before they send you an empty plastic bag as they will have proof that an item has been delivered even if its a wrong item and they rely on you not paying money to send it back, bloody con artists.

Try a 3k chargeback after business services were provided. Absolutely no help from PayPal whatsoever after this person tried to claim my business of 22 years committed FRAUD to get her money back. We sent documentation to prove services had been completed and they still took the 2999.00 AND charged me a $20 chargeback fee. Will NEVER make the mistake of trusting PayPal again. This is a terrible way to treat a company that has been working with PayPal for as long as they have been around. Still having trouble swallowing this!!

Paypal is part of the scam and since they profit they will deny your claim.  You can't get thru to customer service, again, part of the paypal scam.

TRY THIS:  the chinese company mailed me an envelope with trash in it.  Then they said to PayPal here is the USPS Tracking code to show we sent the item ordered.  Paypal denies my claim.  So get a USPS claim number and submit it.  PayPal doesn't check to be sure it is legit.
