Hi I recently had my account limited because I sent a payment to a friend and accidente sent it as an item so he tried to send it back and they limited both our a lungs permanently now he can’t sent it back and they don’t allow him to receive the payment. I tried to dispute past items from China that o didn’t receive and they refused one everyone one of my disputes like there retaliating on me? Iv tried to send messages and they all day case closed basically too bad!
