DESPERATE FOR HELP; PAYPAL IS NOT HELPING; CANNOT ACCESS NON PROFIT ACCOUNT

Someone helpl, please and thanks! For SEVERAL weeks I have called, emailed, messaged, used help and resolution with

PayPal with NO assistance. My non profit account they have done something with and put an OLD DEAD account as my

main account which has NO funds in it. They are NOT responding and I desperately need names/emails of people who have

donated but cannot access. Does anyone have any knowledge of how to shake them awake? Thanks!

Persistence is the only way.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
