Hi, i just wanted to delete my account and it says i cant cause the account is being reviewed.How can i delete it?

You can't delete accounts that are being reviewed or limited in anyway. It will remain inactive. Its so you do not create another account for the protection of paypal's community of users.
how can i stop it from being reviewed then?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
