Hello. I've tried to contact paypal through phone but they always hang up so i try to contact them via email but the automated bot always shows up. When he asks me if he could have helped me i choose "no, i need more help" and then it automatically closes the conversation and won't let me contact customer support in any way possible. What do i have to do now? Thanks

Greetings,

I tried to contact paypal via email using this email address, <removed> but I got a message that states, "We want to help you but we can’t answer emails sent to this unmonitored mailbox."

Please tell me Paypal's support email address.

Thanks a lot.

I have tried repeatedly to call PayPal.

It states the offices are closed and then give the hours.

For Sunday it says 8AM to 8PM. I am calling at the correct time.

Why are they closed? How to you reach a live person?

Thanks/

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

I have attempted to speak with someone for over two hours with any success. PayPal is not the great site it once was and I will never used them again.

So, i messaged paypal through message center about a problem i had with account, i politely asked if we could solve my problem via email instead of paypal messages and they told me '

''We want to help you but we can’t answer emails sent to this unmonitored mailbox.

To get in touch by phone or email, click Help & Contact at the bottom of the page.''

Am i the only one who cant find it ?

I've been looking, and looking, and looking, and i cant find it.

Now message center doesnt work either.

Can someone briefly explain where i can find that email contact ?
