Customer refuses to return item even though I offered full refund.

Ok so a buyer wasn’t satisfied with my product so I simply told him to send my item and I would give him a full refund. I had no problem doing that. He continued to say he wants to keep the item and wants a partial refund but I declined that offer and now he wants to keep my product saying I don’t deserve my item back because of the minor flaw on it. I responded to the dispute agreeing a full refund upon return of my produce. My only fear is that he is either going to damage my product before sending it or send my a product that isn’t my original item in the same condition. If this happens where do I go from there. I also have messages from saying he would burn my item and destroy it and he fully believes he will get a refund regardless.
