So I run an online course on Digital marketing and brand awareness. It took me countless times and money to create such course. Not to mention I had to interview different people working in big brands. My course is quite expensive, and in the terms of conditions it clearly says

"Under no circumstances a refund is available"

but still a customer from china, bought the course, and after 10 days, he opened a dispute saying that he never received the products.

So sooner or later may be am gonna see my hard worked course being shared in public domain. At this moment what can I do? I know Paypal doesn't help regarding digital content. But at least any good advice?
