Copyright

I purchased a product and later found that it is a copy of another persons product.  I filed a dispute about it but paypal did nothing to investigate the copyright issue, and instead just sided with the seller telling me received my product.  The seller claimed he coded something but he did not,he is just selling someone elses work and passing it off as his.  Who can I contact on this?  Obviously paypal didn't read my dispute

Paypal don't get involved in copyright issues, you would have to take private legal action to prove copyright against a company.
