Compliance verification Team from **bleep** squared!

I submitted a payment of $122 back on Jan 14th, which was a donation to a non profit religious organization, and in the notes section of the payment listed some names of deceased relatives asking the recipient for prayers in their name. <Removed> Regardless, I keep getting messages from the Compliance that the payment is on hold until I provide the data of birth of one my deceased relatives whose name is in the notes section!
Now why on earth would they need that info. That person is dead, and has been dead for several years. How would knowing their date of birth help address their nonsensical compliance requirements!!

I have sent them several emails and submitted explanation using the Resolution center but it seems like no one on the other end understands anything I am saying as they keep sending the same communication over and over asking for the data of birth of my deceased uncle.
