Closed account chargeback

I closed my original account after getting chargeback scammed because i sent it to a different address however an item i sent has returned as it wasn’t collected (the more expensive one was collected). Is there a way if i send the item to the paypal address i could get my money back?

If it was a chargeback rather than a paypal dispute then it would have been done via the buyers credit card issuer and not paypal.

So unlikely that would be reversed.
