I have a claim against a.scammer ..long story short .I ordered a chair from seller .they sent a row picnic mat..30 cm square.. After the claim had gone in..then they.posted a tracking number ..so paypal automatically decided in their favour, because they had a valid tracking number..so I updated the claim to item greatly not as described..then sent item back to seller,that was four weeks ago ..and I am still waiting for refund.and postage refund..and this has gone on now for 5 months..
