Hello
I was defrauded today out of $2200 on an unauthorized payment from my account out of my bank for which I did not do.. I dont even know the recipient of the money. No notes in the transaction.. I just got message on my phone of a payment that went thru... I filed a dispute and waited 3 hours on phone.. nobody agents.. Finally got email an hour later that said my claim for refund was denied!.... No info nor nothing.. They did not call me like I requested or anything. I tried to find an appeal button but there is none showing on my screen.. I am at my wits end this is $2200 we are talking about.... What can I do.. How can I get somebody to return my calls? I cant get in touch with anybody at paypal.
