Claim denied

Hi, I ordered 2 dresses through wish ( first and last order) neither dress turned up, instead an ugly scarf. I opened a case through PayPal, they provided the return address and I sent the item off. The item had a tracking number which I provided to PayPal and a photo of the receipt. Anyway the item has gone walkabout and PayPal have denied my claim. Is there anything else I can do? Totally peeved with PayPal and Wish!

Claim off the postage services / insurance for the item when you sent it.
