Claim closed DUE TO ERROR no escalation button

I created a claim and although a CLEAR fraud i was asked to return and provide SHIPPING details.

I was unable to edit the claim (no idea why...) so I used the CONTACT US page and RANG the Customer service. I was told these had been updated.

I was also told I would not get the refund until delivered as I couldnt provide a SHIPPING NOTE!!! Australia post does NOT PROVIDE THIS!!!

Now to add further bad service they have CANCELLED my claim as they say I didnt provide shipping details... I HAVE NO WAY To get my money back through issue that were not my fault.. is there a direct email address to have someone FIX THIS?

In the event of a dispute you choose your seller and not Paypal so you need to bear in mind possible return trackable costs before you go ahead and buy from that seller / country.

Paypal state this >>
IMPORTANT: You may be required to return the item to the seller or other party we specify as part of the settlement of your claim. PayPal Buyer Protection does not entitle you to reimbursement for the return shipping costs that you may incur.

Although they will compensate you for some of the cost if you have activated this at some point before you made that transaction...select correct one for your country.

You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.
