Hi! I think I was cheated when i bought electric bicicle three days ago. How can I get me money back?

Be careful because you can only open a dispute on paypal for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.
If you open a dispute now for non receipt and the seller provides a tracking number then you won't be able to open a second dispute.
You can wait and file a dispute if it arrives misdescribed OR you can contact your card issuer for a chargeback if you funded your paypal payment that way.
Advice is voluntary.

Thanks! Sellers pages do not exist anymore. But maby I wait, how long can I wait to be sure that I will not receive what I ordered and Paid?

Hi @Kurtz1,
You have up to 180 days from the date of the transaction to open a dispute, and once the dispute is open, it must be escalated to a claim within 20 days from that date to ensure that PayPal can adjudicate the complaint. Once the dispute is escalated, the seller will be required to provide tracking. If the tracking does not show delivery within a reasonable time frame, the case should be found in your favor.
