Charged four times

I was trying to buy my girlfriend a game on g2a. Using the g2a app I attempted to purchase the game though the PayPal option only to have the screen come up to a processing screen. For about 30 seconds the screen said processing and than it reloaded (with me touching it i put the phone down thinking that it would eventually just process through and i could get my game code) when the page reloaded it still was processing after about two mins of it doing the same thing and never getting past the processing screen I decided to just buy it with my credit card. It processed through in 3 seconds flat and I had the game code a second latter. A little bit later on I saw that I had an email that I had four transactions from paypal. The site charged me four times. I have tried to contact support only to have to talk to the unhelpful robot. I filed a claim but it doesn't really let you explain what happen is there anything else I can do
