Hello, yesterday, I was charged by PayPal for $135 to my bank card for no apparent reason, but because of that Paypal reimbursed me. But because the account I have linked to Paypal had $0 in it, my bank charged me a $288 NSF for a mistake PayPal made. What should I do?
