Morning!
Been opening a dispute about never getting the item.
Company wrote back that they will pay if I reduce the sum I'm asking.
I agree to that. (NOT fair! but I want to end this)
Is that possible?

Personally i would escalate to a claim for paypal to sort.
But if the seller is happy to part refund then tell them to go ahead but DO NOT close the dispute until you have that refund.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thanks.
They are happy to refund item price but not shipping.
I agreed.
They say I must change the sum on my dispute (from 742eu to 699eu)
But I DON"T KNOW how to do that!
Is it possible at all?
