Chakros.com scam?

I purchased an item on the Chakros.com website but when I got the PayPal receipt it had Chinese characters and a weird seller name not related to the website. I still haven’t received a receipt from the seller and feel this is a scam.

PayPal sent emails and said, they have until the 20th to respond/ ship order/ refund. If neither of those happen it will go under final PayPal review. So hopefully in 11 days I'll get my money back from PayPal.

My estimated case resolution is June 16th.  If Paypal doesn't make this right, I am going to my bank.

I am also waiting for some sort of response from Paypal about being scammed by Chakros.com have you received a refund yet?  I can't even get anyone at Paypal to contact me

I finally had my case resolved after a month and a half. Make sure to file a claim and just keep checking on it. If it's not done by the 8th week, you should call them. That's what I did.

This is **bleep** I will be contacting PayPal and if they do not resolve this I will be removing everything from their service. This is what I got. We received the case(s) you filed on June 2, 2020. We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered. We're sorry for any problems you may have experienced with the transaction(s).

PayPal denied my claim really fast but I contacted them via text and explained everything over again. Told them I want to speak to a person. Eventually they looked deeper into it and contacted me. It took some time but because the tracking number showed it delivered before I ordered it, they did refund my money. They don’t make it easy but it worked eventually. Reference this chat and the name Chakros. They have had several complaints with the same problem from their customers.

I contacted the BBB they have a lot of cases with paypal for the same issue ill let them resolve it 🙂

the tracking info for that package will show that something was delivered to your town, but if you call UPS they'll confirm that it wasn't to you or your address. it happened to me and Paypal said they want a letter from UPS confirm that. 

UPS said they're not writing any letter but are willing to talk to a Paypal representative to confirm this. Spoke with Paypal and they said, they're not calling anyone due to COVID19 etc. Paypal is fully aware of this scam and are just not willing to help their customers. Its more important to keep the share price and holders happy. My expected resolution date was June 22nd and i haven't heard from them yet. 

If this isn't resolved i'm closing my paypal account
