Hi there. I have ordered 3 items from a company called Cavanti. That was on Nov. 27th. They took my money but items have made no movement at all, and it seems the service email is not correct. After looking into this, I realized my money went to a company called Midodo international. Has anyone had experience with these companies. I'm just curious if I need to try to get a refund on my purchase. Thank you

I ordered from Romanado.com ( which i think used to be dd214tee.com) and it's also a Midodo international site. I think they are scammers. Have you had a shipping notification yet? I ordered on 12-10 and nothing so far.

Well good luck! I just got my tracking number today. So at this rate, if i receive it, it will be too warm to wear it!

Yes, it took months, but i eventually was refunded my money. Midodo sent me the wrong product, offered to let me keep the product and offered me a 5% refund "because shipping is so expensive". The problem was they took so long to respond according to Paypal's rules, I was refunded the whole amount.
