Case declined

I have had a claim declined the reason given is that i didn't  show proof of tracking on the returned items. I sent paypal the tracking number as requested. I did this when they asked for the tracking number.

I have screen shots of proof of delivery but can't  find a way of sending them. Tried the automated messenger system but it goes round in circle. Help would be appreciated
