Hello, i need help ASAP i was messaging paypal via msg service but with no response, also sorry for my bad english. My account got limited, dont know why possibly cuz i had opened 3 disputes this month, one was canceled after resolving with seller, second one was claimed in my favor and last one which was most obvious scam was claimed in favor of scammer seller which banned me from their services, and i highly suspect this is why i got reviewed becuase i was asking why this dispute was resolved in this way even there was no answer from buyer in dispute history, i still wait for response to this question from your support. But my problem is now with limitations i cant do basic stuff i cant even buy food and you "limited" me with this a lot for no meaningful reason, even so when i am trying to cooperate and give you all information what you ask for i cant continue, i cant click "next" button and "Date of Birth" keep saying error "enter valid date" even date is valid. Cant complete not even one single step due this error, please help, i need send more payments ASAP

i have a same problem, tried another browser, tried another dateformat yyyy.mm.dd - none of them works 😞

Actually i am going to call them right know to let them know how useless and intolerant team of developers they have, when they forget to secure logical errors, like diferent formats of dates for diferent language front end side, so let me say it once again, whoever does this as lead programmer you should be embarassed for yourself and your poorly done job, aiding logical erors should be one of the first things you do after realace candidate once you start testing, this would be acceptable if you didnt hold people money cuz that, so you just basicaly cut off everyone with diferent time format then is in default so they loose access to the money with no explanation and even when they want to get access back and solve your stupid questions, they cant becuase of this bug will nonstop say "invalid date". Shame on you paypal and more shame on that programmer who allow this, should be fired immediately.... And my decision stands, i will never ever use paypal again, cuz your attitude to customers, which is none...

I have a similar problem! And my PayPal is in english, no solution yet and calling support is useless because it's all automatic and you never speak with a person and there is not an option to solve your problem. Annoying company. It was my first and last time I used paypal to receive an eBay payment.
The issue is simple, I have a notification saying that I have some personal information that needs to be complete (pic 1), when I check it it says it's the date of birth that needs to be completed (Pic 2), I do it, it confirms that it was accepted (Pic 3). But when I go back to the home page the message is there again, logout and login again and the problem is still there. Help please, because paypal's customer support will not help at all.

Me too, the submit button is greyed out.I am so frustrated with this.
